User Agreement and Privacy Policy
Please read these documents before registering for or using ZAVQEX. By checking the box, you agree to the User Agreement and acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
User Agreement and Service Terms
1. Scope of services
These terms cover access to ZAVQEX, accounts, market information, trading, deposits, withdrawals, and related services. Available features may vary by location and are those actually shown on the platform.
We may change, restrict, or discontinue a service to comply with law, manage risk, or address technical issues. Where reasonably possible, we will notify users of material changes.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be an adult under the law where you live and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must not use the service from a restricted location or open an account for someone you are not authorized to represent.
Keep registration details accurate and current. Protect your credentials; do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account. Report suspected unauthorized use through an available support channel promptly.
3. Verification and lawful use
We may request identity documents, source-of-funds information, or transaction details to meet applicable anti-money laundering, sanctions, and other legal requirements. Services may be restricted when verification cannot be completed.
Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, infringement, or other unlawful purposes. We may lawfully restrict accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with competent authorities.
4. Markets, orders, and fees
Third-party market data can be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. A displayed price is neither an execution guarantee nor investment advice. Executed orders generally cannot be reversed. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible after confirmation; check the asset, address, network, and amount.
Fees, duration, leverage, settlement, and risk parameters for each product should be clearly displayed before you submit an order. Review the order details before confirmation. No result or return is guaranteed.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
Processing may depend on blockchain confirmations, payment providers, identity checks, risk review, and legal requirements. Arrival times are not guaranteed. An incorrect address, network, or unsupported asset can cause an irrecoverable loss.
Balances, holds, and transaction records should correspond to actual orders and review status. Report discrepancies through an available support channel.
6. Risk disclosure
Digital assets can be highly volatile. Liquidity shortages, technology failures, cyberattacks, and regulatory changes can cause loss of all invested funds. Leverage and derivatives can magnify losses quickly and trigger liquidation.
Assess your experience, finances, and risk tolerance independently. Platform information is not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.
7. Restrictions and responsibility
We may investigate unusual activity and apply proportionate restrictions to protect users or comply with law. Where permitted, we may investigate and correct clear system or accounting errors while retaining reviewable records.
Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We will take reasonable steps to restore service after third-party network, blockchain, or force-majeure disruptions.
8. Changes, closure, and disputes
We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use may indicate acceptance unless separate consent is required by law. You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to unsettled orders, legal retention, and dispute obligations.
Please raise disputes through an available support channel first. Applicable law and available remedies depend on the actual service operator and location.
Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains the handling of personal information for accounts, trading, payments, identity checks, support, and security. The actual service operator must publish its legal identity and contact details before offering the service.
2. Information collected
We may process account names, password verification hashes, referral codes, language preferences, identity documents, bank details, transaction and balance records, and support messages.
We may also process login times, IP addresses, device and browser data, activity logs, and security events to provide and protect the service. Collection should be limited to what each purpose requires.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to create accounts, verify identity, execute trades and payment instructions, provide support, secure accounts, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties such as anti-money laundering requirements. Legal grounds may include contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests; where consent is required, we will request it separately.
Checking the registration box does not make every use of personal data dependent on irrevocable consent.
4. Sharing and international transfers
Information may be shared with payment, hosting, identity-verification, market-data, and security providers as needed, and with authorities where law requires. Service providers should process data only for authorized purposes with appropriate safeguards.
Providers or infrastructure may be in other countries. The actual operator must assess international transfers and implement safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, disputes, or legal recordkeeping, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires otherwise. Specific periods depend on the data type and applicable law.
Reasonable controls may include restricted access, protected transmission, permission management, and monitoring. No online system is perfectly secure. Where required by law, we will notify affected users of relevant incidents.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Identity, anti-money laundering, and accounting records may have to be retained. Use an available support channel to make a request; we may verify your identity first to protect your data.
7. Minors and automated decisions
The service is not intended for people below the local age of majority. We will take appropriate action if we identify an ineligible account.
If automated risk decisions restrict an account or trade, the actual operator should provide information about the logic, likely effect, and available human review where applicable law requires it.
8. Updates and contact
We will publish new versions here and give reasonable notice of material changes. For privacy requests or complaints, use an available support channel. Before live operation, the actual operator should add its legal name, effective contact details, and other notices required in each service location.
